missingWrote a review on Sept 17maintenance issueshigh pricing
Rooms showed a lack of maintenance, with a few squeaky wardrobe doors and faded decor. Pricing for dining, particularly dinner, felt steep for the limited options, leading me to seek meals elsewhere. Spa treatments seemed pricey too for what you get, which might not be worth it for some guests. Heating issues made the room a touch too warm, requiring adjustments throughout my stay.

The hotel's serene and elegant decor exudes warmth, creating a welcoming ambiance. The accessible layout made navigating the common areas effortless, while the stunning views of the snow-capped mountains from my room truly enhanced my stay.
More seating options in the spa area would help.

Great for Families seeking Comfort
So, we had a nice family stay at this place. The ski room was fantastic, I mean, you just gear up and walk right out to the gondola , can't get better than that. Plus, my kids loved the indoor pool, it kept them entertained while I eased my mind.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but acceptable for what we got.

Kempinski in Bansko impressed me with its stunning mountain views from the Deluxe Room. The spa offered a range of treatments, and the amenities were relaxing. Breakfast featured a diverse selection, all delicious. Staff attentiveness added to the welcoming atmosphere. However, the restaurant's dress code wasn’t enforced, which detracted from the dining experience. Some guests wore shorts and inappropriate attire at dinner. The noise from children in the pool area made it hard to relax, especially during peak hours. They were splashing around and shouting, which clashed with the tranquil vibe the hotel aims for. Despite these hiccups, the room was clean and spacious, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.

Nice stay overall!
Had a pretty good time here! The room was super spacious and comfy. Cleaning was top-notch thanks to Kristina. Breakfast was awesome, tons of choices. We also dined at the Italian spot one night, and it was tasty. Just felt a bit brushed off by the staff during arrival, seems like they judge cars for extra help.

Exceptional stay with remarkable service and a stunning spa. The outdoor warm pool while it snowed was a truly magical experience. Dining at the Tepanyaki Sushi Restaurant for my birthday celebration was a highlight, not to mention the outstanding Japanese dishes. However, the noise levels in the common areas were a bit disruptive at times, and some facilities felt a bit crowded on busy days.

Room spacious with great mountain views. Spa area crowded with children and noisy at times. Loved the themed dinners at the restaurant. Check-in was efficient. Kids' club kept the little ones entertained. Overall a nice stay but needs better noise control in the spa.

The hotel offers a perfect location right across from the Gondola lift station, making it super convenient for our family ski trips. We loved spending time at the fantastic indoor and outdoor pools. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, especially when accommodating our needs.
In my wife’s opinion, a larger dinner menu would be great for families.
